OUR MISSION
Lock’D Hearts is dedicated to reducing recidivism by equipping formerly incarcerated and disadvantaged individuals with the financial tools, workforce skills, and long-term support necessary for successful reintegration.
Our core mission is to build a stable foundation for reentry through a comprehensive model that combines credit-building strategies, job readiness training, and career placement. We help participants immediately overcome critical barriers such as housing costs, fees, and basic living needs, while also teaching essential life and workforce skills that support long-term success.
Through a structured 12- to 24-month program, Lock’D Hearts provides ongoing mentorship, skill development, and employment support to ensure participants not only gain employment—but maintain full-time, stable careers and achieve financial independence.
For many families, navigating re‑entry can be challenging, but with community support it becomes a hopeful journey toward stability.
